All the Sales order functionality has to be included in Sales order page.

    Hello Pushpa,

    First find Transformation tools.

You will find on your NAV DVD, this is the path, "Dynamics.NAV60R2.NA.1097436.DVD\TransformationTool"

Step 1:  export your form as xml format, and save it forms.xml, forms.xml exist under TransformationTool.

    See the bellow screenshot

    step-2.png

Step 2: Go to Transformation Tools and execute the "Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Tools.FormTransformation" Application

    See the bellow screenshot.

    step-2.png

Step 3: Import the Pages.Xml file from TransformationTools folder.

    And then Compile it.

Already page 42 Sales order is there, when you export as xml and complete all these procedures, after that you import, then its overwrite your existing objects,

I recommend you first Save As your Sales Order form with custom Like ID 50042 Sales Order_C

and then start transformation procedures. now you will get page 50042 Sales Order_C

In my 2009 SP1 database sales page is not there.

I observed on thing that when i run Transformation.exe it will create page.xml and that page.xml is having the code of other object ID.

because of this it is not showing the sales form page.

Any suggestions what to be done in this?

First thing if page 42 is not there that means it deleted by mistake or else.

now when ever you go for import, it will give error something like "you do not have permission"

In this case you can Import .fob file

See the importing screenshot from transformationtool.

    Import-3.png

    After that compile it.

Download page 42 sales order from this Link

And then import that, after that you are able to import any file like, .Txt, .Xml, .fob
