Reporta vendor is on hold in GP2010. and someone unhold and make payment of that vendor. is there any way to trace out which user unhold that vendor ???

The PM Vendor Master table has a Time Stamp field which will be updated whenever there is a change to a Vendor record.
Did you enable Activity Tracking for Vendor Master file for your company?. If you already had, you can get the User who modified that record in Activity Tracking inquiry window. (Inquiry >> System >> Activity Tracking).

If you are using Audit Trail, then we can trace the above case.
In GP mostly Transaction table have the user's field(mainly posted). in Vendor Master table(pm00200) there is no field regarding to this.
if you are able to track the user based on date then you can use Modified Date field(MODIFDT) of vendor Master table(if vendor updation is not occurred frequently).
use Table triggers to track future records.
