Microsoft Portals Navigation Branding

Hi guys

So i know you can amend logos and colors schemes based on user login for Microsoft portals, was wondering if anyone has ever done any work in amending the Css for the Navigation bar per user login, I am specifically focused on the list items such as the My clients tab etc. and whether anyone has found a way to change the hover color, or general color of the font upon login
