Incoming Email to Create Queue of Email Activities

I'd like to be able to create an email address that serves as a bucket to dump incoming emails into dynamics crm online. I'd then like each incoming email to be entered into an email queue to be worked by users. 

Does this sound like a reasonable desire? If so, how do I go about properly setting it up so the crm receives emails to a specified address? I'm having a hard time digesting the material out there on email and the crm. Thanks for any help.
