New Button for Telling BC to Use the Custom Layout Report?

Hi:
 
For years, I have always been able to modify a report in BC and use Report Layout Selection and other means of telling BC to use my Custom Report Layout.
 
Today, I couldn't do so until I clicked a button called "Modify System Layouts" or something like that.
 
Is that a new button?
 
If not, please provide me very clear instructions that go beyond the documents in Microsoft Learn.

    Hi, I mentioned it in my blog
     
    Because Microsoft has informed that Custom report layouts is a legacy feature. More details: (Legacy) Create and modify custom report layouts
    So this function is used to transfer the previous Custom Report Layouts to new Report Layouts.
