Does D365FO support role/duty/privilege extensions? For example, we have a custom role in our custom modelA, and we added privileges in ModelB, can we add those added privileges from ModelB by extend the custom roles?

Roles and duties can be extended. Privileges can't - you need to create your own privileges, that you can add to existing duties through extensions.
