Hi,
I've signed up to a one month trial of Dynamics 365 but it looks like I've signed up to the wrong one. I wanted to trial Dynamics 365 for Sales but in my niavety I seem to have set up Dynamics 365 CRM. How do (or can I) change change this?
Currently when I open https://home.dynamics.com/, under "My Apps" I see "Customer Service" and "Customer Service Hub". I want to change this so I see Sales, is this possible? I realise I can click on "add more apps that work with Dynamics 365 but I think what I need to do is change the subscription type from CRM to Sales.
Thanks for any advise
Paul

Hi Paul,
Which Dynamics 365 plan suite do you subscribe? You could check it navigating by Office 365 Admin Center-Billing-Subscriptions. We need to check whether you have subscribed Dynamics 365 for Sales. You could refer the following screenshot.
I have applied Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Enterprise Edition Trial, and this subscription includes Dynamics 365 for Sales.
So I could see Sales in my CRM instance.
I hope this will work for you. If it works, please Mark this answer as Verified. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Judy
