Voice of the Customer snippet and survey activity

Hi,

how to send not anonymous Voice of the Customer survey with snipped to people without doing it one by one email? Is there a workflow/ some other way to do this? It is quite manual work to copy snippet and send one email to one contact.

And then, how survey activity works? It does not send snippet based on our testing. After it's created, what should happen?

Hi, as far as i understand it is the usual way of distributing Mails.

Create a Campaign, set a Marketing List, Create E-Mail Activity and distribute using the snippet to each Customer.
