Sales order delivery note error: Transaction must specify a quantity

Hi all,

Have a sales order where i've registered a pick for all lines, but when I come to post the delivery note I get the error: Transaction must specify a quantity

There is sufficient stock for all lines, reserved and picked

I've not seen this error before nor can I find any other forums with a similar error wording - may be related to custom code but just seeing if anyone's seen this before?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
I checked the relevant official documents and old threads on the forum about this, and the error shown in your screenshot did not appear. In addition, I searched for known issues on LCS, and there was no such error in the known issues. Have you checked according to the error message and have you specified the quantity of the transaction? If everything looks normal, there may be a customization issue that needs to be debugged by the developer. You can also wait and see if anyone else encounters this error.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
