Hi wonder if anyone has ever come across this error. One of my users was reassigning his lead record to another user (call her N) when IE hung halfway through. After restarting IE, all his records (leads, opportunites, accounts, notes EVERYTHING) was reassigned to that user N.
We don't have audit turned on as it eats up too much resources, so I can't track any history. But has anybody come across something like this before, and knows what happened? Please help!
