I could not find a way to enable the sales literature view on the Dynamics mobile application for phones. I would like the team to be able to send a document straight from the literature location within the mobile application if they are right in front of a customer. Our team is not mobile with their computers so their iPhones are the only thing connected to the internet when they are mobile and in the field.

That is the dynamics 365 app for phones. What app are you using? Have you gone to the entity and made sure the entity is available on Mobile?

Ours looks nothing like your screen, which is more user friendly. What application are you using to access your D365 on your iPhone? I also can't activate the field for the sales team to see in the mobile application, we can only view it on the desktop.

You could send your literature as an email to your accounts directly. I test it in my Iphone(XR) and it worked well.
But you need to add the accounts' email address in D365.
