Force user security role assignment without first time login

Hi,

I need some help and was hoping someone can point me to the right direction. I have assigned security roles to the users in my environment and they have all the required licences. I understand that on first login the user gets assigned to the roles and then they are able access the apps.

The issue is that I want to create some records and make the relevant users owners of the record even before they log in for the first time. I cant do that as I will get an error that the user does not have sufficient privileges. The only way is to get the users to log in the first time and then I can assign them the records.

Is there a way to force the sync so that they get their security roles without them needing to login first?

I should add that the security role is assigned to users by creating AD security group teams and not directly

Hi Bipin,

Thanks for you reply. I had already done that and the user was showing up in the environment. The issue is that even though the user is shown in the environment, since the user has not logged in at all, the security role has not been synced with the user. Since the role is assigned through an AD Security Group and not directly i think that is why it gives an error.
