Hi Everyone! we have had a new deployment for upto 300 users. when doing so these users profiles are auto-populated with default queue,which is their personal queue with an email address associated. However, the email address for users is not setup to send email from their queue. That's the reason I have to clean up a lookup field (lookup to default queue) on user form. doing an advanced find and bulk updating the lookup is not an option as the field does not show up in available fields for some reason.

I was wondering whether there is a way using fethxml or powershell that I can update user records in bulk by using a query.

You can simply create a ondemand workflow and update to null.
