Can a marketing email be used for HTML Third-party deployment?

Hi Marketing Forum,

We are a having a third-party company deploy one of our promotional emails. The third-party company has asked us to share the HTML code of our email for them to deploy on their end.

Can we use one of our Dynamics Marketing emails to do this? If so, how do we acquire the proper HTML code once our email is live? Is there a tutorial on how to do this?

Looking forward to your help!

Thank you,

Ed

I have the same interest as you. I was lucky enough to find a unit that does it well. Good luck!

    Hi,

Regarding your question about deploying marketing emails on third-party platforms is not fully supported.

After our team's testing, some basic syntax in the email code such as CSS HTML can be deployed to third party platforms, but some dynamic text such as {{contact.firstname}} is not supported. Other users have asked similar questions to yours, see the following links.

Regarding your question about how to get the code of the go live emails, it is not supported.

You can get the HTML code of the email in edit state, if you want to get the code of the go live email, you have to enter edit state. We strongly discourage direct editing of go live marketing emails, which may have a impact on your business.

If you want to get the HTML code of the email in edit state, please refer to the following steps.

If you want to get the HTML code for Outbound marketing email, you need to do the following.
Outbound marketing -> Marketing email ->Select an email and edit -> click HTM button and copy code.

If you want to get the HTML code of the Realtime marketing email, you need to do the following
Realtime marketing ->email ->Select an email and edit -> click HTM button and copy code

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
