I am having problem generating my MR report. It remains in the Report Queue Status. Nothing is shown under the Report Viewer.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

For most customers, the queue "just works" and they have no issues. I have had two customers who have recurring problems here, and we believe it is related to network communications being dropped and not reconnecting properly. We do have this fix scheduled for Service Pack 2 later this Summer, which will help with queue issues.

Hi Jill,
I have noticed that this happens quite often in our environment. It does resolve once the service is re-started. I have had to re-start the service at least twice every week to have the reports start processing.

Are the reports in a "Queued" status in the report queue status window? If so, you need to restart the Management Reporter process service.
