Subject line says it all I believe. CRM is 2016 on-premise and there is an organization on my W2K16 Server that I can see via the web interface to CRM. Everything is on the same virtual machine (CRM, browser, Visual Studio 2017 Community). Xrmtoolkit crashes VS when clicking on the Organization/... in the Xrmtoolkit login dialog box. That text box does not show the organization's that are on my W2K16 server when trying to use/connect to my plugin solution.
When on that dialog box on a separate virtual machine (W2K8) everything works as advertised.
I hope this makes sense but please don't hesitate to ask further questions. Thanks to all in advance for your comments.

Try right clicking on the solution, then find the XRM TOOLKIT CRM option. Then click on "Switch to a different CRM Organization". This worked for me after trying a few ways to connect.
Same problem here Rich, were you able to find a solution for it ?
