Associated Entity Type Code is wrong in Document Template

I have a Word template created in our DEV online 8.1 instance which was based on our payment entity. When I view it from the Templates screen it shows the Associated Entity Type Code = Payment. However, when I import that template into our QA environment which has the same exact schema, the Associated Entity Type Code becomes something else. This means, the template does not appear in Word Templates on a payment form.

I tried re-importing it into QA and get the same result.

How do I fix this?

Hello Debra,

It looks like a bug for me so it's a good chance to get in touch with Microsoft Support as ask for a fix.

Theoretically issue is related to ObjectTypeCode s of entities (1 for account, 2 for contact, 100xx for custom entities) that can be different between different organizations.
