Are there any Multi-Factor authentication solutions available for the main Dynamics SL app? I understand MFA can be implemented through web apps, however we have a client that would like to see it implemented on the main Solomon client. Is this possible? Please advise.

Not that I know of at this time. It may be considered for future releases. That statement about webapps is something I'm not aware of as well, because I've not been shown this and its something that I would support on Webapps.

Highly unlikely this will be added as a future enhancement, and there isn't an ISV that offers 2FA.
We have a couple of clients that moved to a hosted setup, and SL clients connect using a Citrix published application. Connections to that server use two factor authentication, which may meet your client's needs.
The extra security isn't being handled by SL, but the end result to the customer is the same.
