Last Activity Date of an account and its contacts should be displayed in "Last Contacted date" field
the activities are - email, appointment, phonecall and another custom activity called demo.
we have to display last contacted date on the datetime field when any above activity was created in account or its related contacts.

Do you want to cconsider the activity where the account or its related contact is added as regarding or added as activity party in to, cc, bcc field? If regarding, you can write a workflow on each of these activity entity (including your custom) which triggers on create and updates the current execution time in the account's last contacted date field.
