We are no longer seeing the ability to create a new case while on the customer account screen
” Is it possible to add + Button in account form as it is showing for Recent opportunities

Hi,
that screenshot is for a "new account" which does not exist yet. Did you try an existing account? If there is also no "+" button there then it's either missing security permissions or a customization.. Can you try it under a system admin account?
Hi Sandeep,
when you click on the search icon inside the grid, do you get the option to click "new"? If not, can you check the security roles if they are setup correctly to allow creating cases for these users?
