we would like to email all customers on recent promotions

the idea is to send the PDF along with customer monthly statements

we use scheduled statement function for monthly statement.

is there a way to add an attachment so customer only receive one email with statement and the promotional items?

You can try the following feature, it should do what you're looking for if you set it up for the customer statements - Use default attachments in email sent from Business Central | Microsoft Learn.
