We have a Purchase order and the original creator has left the business. We are trying to change the purchaser code on the order but we recieve the error
You must cancel the approval process if you wish to change the Purchaser Code.
We tried a number a variants to change this
Request - approve - cancel
Request - reject - cancel
Request - Delegate - approve - cancel
We are able to re-open the order and change and of the header details except for the purchaser code.
We tried disabling the workflows completely but this hasn't helped either
Any ideas how we can resolve this issue

I cannot recreate but have you tried to Delete the Purchase Order and reentering?

Hi,
Did you try to search for "Restricted Records" and delete the restrictions for the "old" Purchaser Code and then kick of the approval again after changing the Purchaser Code?
