Dear all, we face a situation after upgrading to CRM 2016 and 2016 outlook client: tracking of emails does not work if "regarding account/contact/lead/etc" has in it's name "non latin" characters. Like "Kim Räikkönen" or "Mika Häkkinen" are not tracking, but "Mika Hakkinen" would work.
Which setting do we have to "tune".
