Hello,
I have specific requirement i.e. adding new button: "Response" under "Convert to" button in outlook using Ribbon workbanch.
On clicking of response, new CRM record require to be created.
Please let me help in this case how to add button in outlook client for CRM
I have already added this button in CRM web here using CRM ribbon workbench customization.
I need to add this in outlook CRM client here.

I have added "render in Outlook" rule using ribbon workbench.
Also I have added crm client type rule as display rule and enable rule.
I did not get success. I have not seen response button in outlook.
Please give me a step by step process of how to insert custom button in dynamic 365 outlook client using ribbon workbench .

In the Workbench, make sure the new button is set to render in Outlook. That's a specific flag you have to set in the button config.
