can anyone help me in setting up below two leave plans. i have tried and tested few options but not getting the desired results.
- New starter - when we have a new starter the 20 days holiday needs to be pro-rated from their start date and the end of the absence period, they get the full allowance on their start date to use until the end of the year e.g. if they start on the 01/06/209 and there holiday allowance is 10 days until the end of the year they will receive the 10 days straight away to book.
- Length of service – an employee reaches 10 years’ service on the 10/08/2019 I require their allowance to increase by this additional day on the date they reach 10 years’ service
