Hi,
I have a question for incremental push, if export of incremental push fails for lets say today's export.
Will it contain todays data when the export is made tomorrow OR the changes for today are lost ?

I have only BYOD experience with incremental pushes and it doesn't work quite stable. Sometimes data exported fine after prev. export failed and sometimes are not. Luckily, it doesn't happen too often, but for time to time I have to fix data by full push.
it is handled based on change tracking principle used and managed by Azure SQL of production DB

if you want to confirm the design of incremental push, I would like to suggest that reach out to Dynamics ERP support team with attachment your repro steps.
Yeah as Sergei mentioned some times it gets recovered in next run but some times I have seen it misses the changes. And this is in case of job failure but if Job didn't run at all then it should pickup where you left in next run.
you can always try to push full again and then turn on change tracking to sync the change management
