Hi Team,
when i create a new appointment and save the record , at that time i am not able to enter Notes in the form , again i need to close the record and reopen it then i am able to add notes.

Do you have custom jscript code running on either notes or appointments?
Seems to be an issue in Dynamics 365 Online, where you can see notes in area in the custom entity, but cannot create new notes

yes attachments we can add but i want Notes to be added.

This is default behavior. You can add file in attachments. Attachments are enabled on saving record
Could you please share the screenshot?
Do you have any customization enable on appointment form ?
