lock box and national accounts

Does lock box imports support application to national accounts

The documentation doesn't mention national accounts but i need to use the lock box import to look a ta national account if it is there rather than the individual account

Is this possible or are we looking at custom code

Hi Don,

Yes, I set up a parent customer with two child accounts. I imported in one payment for the parent, and had it apply by specific document number, and specified 3 invoice numbers to apply to, of which one was for the parent, one for child 1, and the other for child 2. I imported in the payment, created the cash receipt batch and posted it. The invoices for the parent and both children are fully applied, so it worked. So yes, it does apply across the national account.
