Cannot confirm a PO with Approved status

Hi everyone

Our typical process is to use workflow to move a PO from Draft to In Review and then to Approved. At this point we can then generate a PO confirmation.

I have two POs right now that I cannot generate a confirmation for. They are both in Approved status, and I am getting an error "Changes to the document are only allowed in state Draft, because change management is activated." (below)

This doesn't make sense, because a PO in state Draft does not allow confirmation. Every other PO we have is only confirmed after approval.

Any ideas on how to combat this? Thanks!
