Third party channel provider sandbox login pop up issue (Amazon Connect)

Posted on by 10

Hi,

We are trying to embed Amazon Connect as a third party channel provider using Amazon Connect Streams, but we are facing a login pop up issue with the following message:

The frame attempting navigation of the top-level window is sandboxed, but the flag of 'allow-top-navigation' or 'allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation' is not set.

The widget works as expected when opened directly, but when we add the url in the Active Channel Providers section and try to open it as part of MSD we get the error above. Widget and MSD urls are in approved origins of the Amazon Connect instance and the login url is added as a Trusted Domain in the Channel Integration Framework v2.0 Provider settings.

Are there other relevant settings in MSD we should try to resolve the issue?

Thank you.
