Current Problem:
we have an EDI Connection from our Microsoft Dynamics System to a third party WMS/TMS System.
Some of our customers want fixed Delivery dates, so for example they say it HAS to be the 20.05. and some of them have variable Delivery Dates, so they say it can be Delivered UNTIL 20.05. so also earlier.
I see that we hardcoded the /UNTIL/ Delivery Date, but I'm not happy with the hardcoded solution.
My Idea/Question:
I would like to have a Field (in Order Positions) where I can put values like /UNTIL/ or /FIX/ to map it to the third party system.
Why it has to be in the Order Positions? Because we can have one Order with multiple warehouses / different delivery dates.
Does anyone know, how such a thing is solved in Microsoft Dynamics F/O? Is there a Field for exact this kind of /fixed delivery dates?/
In Logistics fixed Dates are a common way of working.
