Does anyone know the javascript code for my need.
I need fill a field in dynamics and them auto fill other fields, this informations are located in a entity when i fill a field the information in this entity will fill other fields.
please help me with the code.

i have an entity named zip code with the information zip code, city and estate already completed. Now in my contact form in the contact entity whem i fill the zip code field will search in the zip code entity and them auto complete the field city and state in the contact form.
