I created a sales order, then I confirmed the order, and when I go to Pick and Pack Tab and perform the picking list then I see this issue.
(The BOM item CABAGB000150 is automatically being reported as finished and cannot be used with output orders. Instead, the BOM should be exploded).

Can you elaborate on the automatic report as finished issue that you mentioned?
What selection has been made in the sales order and what is different compared to sales orders that you recorded in the past?
