Hey Brian

Before checking the Mobile app, you should start by checking the WebApplication. You have some interesting trainings on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/browse/?expanded=dynamics-365&products=dynamics-field-service about workorders, inspections and scheduling.

Then, once the main concepts on how the Field Service application works, you can take advantage of the mobile app. Trainings and videos are available on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/mobile-power-app-use
