Dear All,
I have a requirement when the user picks an item from queue, the below option must be set automatically to Yes but I can't seem to find the option set anywhere in the entities (Queue, Queue Item). Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to do this in Dynamics.
Maybe you can try to use plugin to remove item from the queue though the selected value is No, please see below blog for the same:
