Is there any way to update the date specified in the wait timer for the current audience? Not only for the new audience.
Updating creates a new version and is not affecting the audience already in the journey.
I want to delay the first reminder mail with one week then specified before. Only able to stop the current journey and create a new one for the reminders?

You can create a copy of an older version, make changes to it and publish it.
