Hi All,

I am doing in Asset Management module > tried to create Maintenance job type defaults.

I got this below error when tried to create Maintenance job type defaults. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Maintenance forecast project 'xxxxx' is not a time and material project. Please change maintenance forecast project in Asset Management parameters or apply changes in Project management and accounting module.

The Maintenance forecast project in the Asset Management Parameter must be an Internal Project (can't select Time & Material Project).

Baes on the previous replies I turned to turned off "Wok order billing feature " but as of Supply Chain Management version 10.0.32, this feature is mandatory and can't be turned off.

Can someone help me resolve this?

Maintenance forecast project 'xxxx' is not a time and material project.

It is correct, since "Work order billing" is now automatically enabled, the forecast project in asset management parameters has to be of the type T&M.

With work order billing, you can now forecast project transaction type Fee, which requires a T&M project.

But, when you try to choose a T&M project in parameters, the look-up has a filter on customer account="", that's why you cannot chooseT&M projects.

You can either manually remove the filter or type project manually.

That should solve the issue.

Did you submit a bug with Microsoft on this? We are stuck and dont have a solution after an upgrade.
