Unable to create an instance while checking the option "Attach to CDS"

    First you should check if your org has a CDS instance configured with Microsoft already.

    Then, you should ensure that the same credentials are used for both the Customer Insights instance and the CDS insights.

    If still doesn't work then please ask your tenant admin to open a support case here: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    And while doing so ask support to leverage the following trouble shooting guide via Global search: "Unable to create instance with attach CDS"
