Updating Consent Records when Email Address Changes

Hi,
 
When a user's email changes on their contact record, is there a way to update the user's previous consent records to reflect the change in email address?
 
I know I can do this with a Flow but I thought I'd be able to do it with some out-of-the-box method.
 
It's a pretty normal experience for users to have an account and change their email addresses but not have to reset all their topic subscriptions.
