Hi,
I'm facing the following:
on the sales order header page of a specific user I push the release order button. No status field is updated in the page.
If I try to release the order again the message
An attempt was made to change an old version of a sales header record. The record should first be reread from the database. This is a programming error.
Identification fields and values
appear.
Only refreshing manually the page the status is changed from open to released.
The same if I reopen the order after having released it.
On my PC all is working fine.
Can someone have an idea?

Many thanks. I'm quite sure the code has been modified by the partner, but this happen only for one user, not for all.
That the reason why I didn't involve the partner yet.
This might be because of the programming error. Did you or NAV partner modify your code? If so contact them and ask them to check the "Sales Header" Modify calls.
