Team Members License Issue

Hi All,

I moved 35 users over from the legacy team members license to the new license and now they cannot access D365.

I had 10 users previously on the new licenses and they are unaffected.

I have checked user roles and app permissions and all seems to be okay.

I have done this change before and not noticed an issue any ideas?

    What is the exact Team Member license name shown in PPAC?  Were the 10 users you mentioned new users or did they also have the legacy team member license?
