Hi All,

I have a Process running that takes the dynamic values from the last Note written on an Opportunity and Copies the detail to another "Latest" field.

The purpose of this is to easily bring in the last note to an opportunity report. Everything has been working well for a goo while but now instead of copying the pain text in the format above, the copy also takes the HTML code and pastes it:

I assume this is happening from an upgrade of the system that now allows HTML editor in the notes section.

Any ideas how to rectify?

Hi Martin,

It is a known issue.

Please refer to community.dynamics.com/.../dynamics-365-wave-1-2020---notes-bug

The current solution is to turn off Enable rich text notes in Timeline in the system settings.
