Why do I have missing Concur Expense Integrator menu items?

Posted on by
Hello,
I have recently installed the Concur eExpense Integrator into a GP 2010 R2 SP5 environment and the registration keys are current. When I goto menu Cards | Concur Expense I am missing a few menu items. According to the documentation, I should have the following:
·     Setup
·     Dist. Accounts Setup
·     Vendor Upload
·     Import Exp. Reports
·     Exp. Report Inquiry
·     Remove History
·     About eExpense
I am missing "Dist. Account Setup" and "Vendor Upload" menu items. The manual also stated that the Dist. Account Setup may be accessible from the Setup window via a button but that is not the case.  Also my last menu item says “About Expense” and not “About eExpense”.
Has anyone experienced this or can tell me why this may be happening?
Thanks,
Greg

I found the missing eExpense Integrator windows referred to in the legacy concur.pdf manual.

on  GP2010 -  You have to add them to the navigation pane or the quicklinks section on the home page the same way you would add other 3rd party module registration or install windows..  Right click in the navigation pane, select add window - and select eExpense -then click each of the missing menu items - and click add after each one

Having access the eExpense Integrator combined segment window is very useful when you are creating the list.txt files required for upload to build the concur site list's

    Hello Greg,

The following, are the menu options for Concur integrator for GP 2010:

    Setup

    Import Exp.Reports

    Exp. Report Inquiry

    Remove History

    About Concur Expense

Unfortunately, the documentation may be referring to a legacy product, but if you are using GP 2010 with the Concur integrator, you should have the items listed above.
