I am trying to syncronize NAV 2017 clients (and eventually contacts) with the accounts in the newly installed Dynamics 365 CRM instance. All settings seem to be done in both systems. When I open a Customer card and go to the CRM part, choose Set-up Coupling, the system shows me a coupled account from CRM Accounts table, basically all clients are there. But when I click CRM account what supposes the oppening of account card in CRM, I have the error message from CRM saying that such an account have not been found. Also no new accounts has appeared in CRM. What could be a source of this problem and how to resolve it?
