Configuration wise for more than your user try: docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to-open-microsoft-dynamics-nav-in-configuration-mode
To avoid configuration use the development client. Access the page and set the “visible” property to false on each field.
Configuration method means bringing them back is a case of restoring defaults. DEV way is dependent on access and some knowledge.
