Hey.

If you look at the error message and the link that you're receiving, basically it will take you to the "invalid users" page from Microsoft Learn. That means that:

- Either the user account you're trying to login with does not exists

- THe user account is disabled.

One interesting approach you can take, is try to open the page in Incognito/InPrivate mode, so no cached credentials (Or browser session) is used.

Which D365 product are you using? The D365 brand covers quite a few things, such as Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement.
