Will there be Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys for Onpremise

Hello all,
 
My customer is running Dynamics 365 on-premise. They want to use onpremise version of  Customer Insights Journeys .  Does Microsoft plan to offer onpremise version of DCI - Journey ?
