Benefits: 'invalid utcdatetime' error

When running benefit enrolment eligibility, I have observed that the following error is produced when trying to enrol a worker who has a 'Start date' value assigned under Work history and then Summary. Leaving 'Start date' blank on any given worker bypasses the error.

As you can see below, all the dates on a given employee line up, but only by removing the 'Start date' do we get to bypass this error;

Does that mean we just have to leave this field blank for everyone if we want to have a chance to use benefits management functionality?

According to the situation you described, it can only be so.

The error mentioned in this post is the same as yours, you can use it as a reference.
