We just install roll up 2 for microsoft dynamics crm 2016 on-premise. After this installation, we recieved an error when trying to open report. The error says:
"MSCRM data connector not installed"
I dont know wether this error caused by the roll up installation or not. Some poeple on the internet says that we just need to uninstall and reinstall microsoft dynamics crm reporting ekstension. Other poeple says that we need to upgrade the reporting ekstension to suit the roll up we have installed before.
Anyone here faced this issue before ?
If we need to upgrade the reporting ekstension, where we can get the installation file ?
