Mass edits / CSV edits / Batch uploads - how to ?

Hi!
 
Goal:
- Conduct mass edits across multiple sales orders, without having to do it manually or one by one.
 
Example:
- I have to manually update the unit price across 2000-3000 sales orders, which totals at over 20,000 single price updates that are currently being done manually in the sales line bulk update module.
 
Context:
- I am coming from NetSuite, where I can do a CSV upload with all the edits, upload it, and then the system will reflect the updates for me, in a faster and more efficient (non manual) way.
 
Is there anything similar to this? Or is there a different process, where I can reach the goal of not having to do this manually.

    You can export your sales orders to Excel Online directly from Dynamics 365, make bulk updates such as changing unit prices, and then save and publish the changes back into Dynamics 365. Alternatively, you can prepare a CSV file with the updated sales order information and use the Data Import Wizard in Dynamics 365 to upload the file, which will guide you through the process of mapping fields and updating records.
    If you need more automation, you can set up a flow in Power Automate to handle updates based on specific criteria or events.

    1. Export data to excel, modify and then reimport
    2. Edit the data in excel online
